Who Am I?

We spend much of our lives trying to figure out the answer to this question, exploring different understandings of ourselves as we grow up, finding one thread of the answer and then following where it leads.

Sometimes we find clarity early in our journey... many times this question is one that we answer over and over throughout our lifetime.

One of the keys to defining who we are is through our relationships with other people.

Each person in our lives is constantly mirroring reflections of ourselves back to us... if we are paying attention. And the way that energy flows within that relationship is a powerful indication of what it is that we are learning from each other. 

In my work, I have found a process that guides us individually into a deeper understanding of these relationships... with each of us at the center of our own grid.

​I call this work a Soul Self-Portrait.

For now, it is a process that is only taught in the 8-week Awakening The Guides course. It is our homework for Week One, where we begin in this internal journey of healing and expanding our individual roles as Guides within humanity.
