gratitude at my first spiritual beach retreat
So much has happened since I last wrote a post and I am excited to share a few spiritual realizations from this shift of Pluto moving into Aquarius (that I have been talking about for quite a while now)! I trust you are well and in a similar journey of weaving so many aha's and breakthroughs together as we wrap up the year... and how even are we in December?! Let's see... Reflections on Spiritual Energy Alignment... home for spiritual breakthrough I'll begin with a few reflections from my self-awareness journey as I integrate from the first destination retreat I have hosted. My beautiful client Marjorie joined me at Melbourne Beach in Florida for the three day Coming Home... Together retreat, exactly as Pluto entered Aquarius. I have hosted many events and retreats at my home and this experience of holding space for transformation at the beach was so much fun! And so easy, I didn't expect that it would feel as seamless as it did. I woke up early each morning, meditated, and then went for a long walk with the sunrise, my feet splashing sometimes in the waves. Picking up shells as I walked, taking a million photographs, and arriving back at the Airbnb that had just a few steps up to the deck from the sand. I could wake up this way every day for the rest of my life!  celebrating our personal growth breakthroughs I worked for a couple hours after making my morning smoothie... before Marjorie arrived, and then from 11am until 8pm each day, we were together. Deep in conversations, card pulling, energy reading, exploring all that we have done in our work together so far... and anchoring in the dreams we have for what is next. It was so beautiful to have that much spaciousness together. I cooked all the meals which both of us loved (although for the next retreat in April I'm going to bring someone to help with the meals!) and being in a home with a kitchen was an essential item for sure! What surprised me is how muscle-testing my foods became significant again... it has been a while since I paused in this way to be fully conscious with what my body actually desired for each meal. You can learn more here.  facilitating our Circle for intuitive guidance On the Tuesday that Pluto actually moved into Aquarius, Marjorie and I both opened up a virtual Transformation Circle for clients with a guided meditation and card reading with reflections. So much fun! We both could feel the shift as we sat side by side in a new way. I had the realization at this first retreat that these events are going to have a focus on empowering soul-aligned entrepreneurs to step into their gifts and their magic in bigger, more grounded ways while we are together. A bit like a mini graduation, perhaps. Energetically, a giant claiming of the work we are here to do in this lifetime! The three days flew by and we both left with hearts filled up to overflowing... more connected than ever before, ready to step into the next chapters of our journeys! How Realizations Deepen Intuition... reflections as the astrology shifts And now Pluto is in Aquarius... How does it feel for you? I shared a Reel on IG (click image) that said, it probably feels the same as the day before felt! But the undercurrents are shifting and the messages I hear from so many different visionaries, astrologers, leaders... is that life as we know it is about to change dramatically. For me, the pace already feels faster. There are so many things I want to do, create, experience... selecting consciously where I put my time and my energy is a main focus right now. And perhaps it's just the timing with the holidays, but I have been completely immersed in love with my family and friends since I completed the retreat! So many celebrations and dinners, mixed in with quiet tv nights on the couch at home with my husband... life is sweet in this moment. Deeply meaningful.  my spiritual energy practice of walking the beach at sunrise As we begin the last month of the year, this New Moon in Sagittarius offers us an invitation to express ourselves in bigger ways, bolder ways, more authentically than ever before. And that is my intention as I align with the energies of the New Moon and Pluto now in Aquarius. On Sunday, I read the first eight chapters from my novel, the cosmic love story, An Announcement, into our Insight Timer community, and I will be uploading those in January as individual free tracks. I feel like a magician with a wand and I'm practicing the exact combination of spells so that as I point in the direction I choose to go, a path lights up right in front of me. And those who are ready to play are magnetized towards that path along with me. Pluto in Aquarius feels like many of us connecting... with our magic being perfected... so that as we all point our wands in similar directions... we can align and and amplify the power of the magic we co-create together. Maybe it's being in my 50s and feeling the sweetness of life already lived that makes this time feel extra sweet right now. Maybe it's a passing of time I see reflected through my relationship with my parents, my children, my grandchildren. Maybe I'm just finally more embodied than ever before. I am constantly amazed at the beauty all around me and the love bubbling in my relationships as we wrap up this year! I encourage you to find the pauses where you can. Look around and assess the life you are creating. Put more magic into it. Share more love so that more love gets generated and comes back to you also. Stay grounded and connected to your human-ness.
