Manifestation Circle
The New Moon is a time of wide open night skies, filled with stars that can guide us into brand new possibilities. Setting intentions at this time of the lunar cycle is powerful... especially when many are doing it together in the same energetic container.
I drew this Circle today on a large easel sized white paper, and am hand-writing in intentions as they are sent to me by those participating in the New Moon Meditation. I will post the completed Circle on Instagram (viv-gerard) on Thursday 2-11 (not 1-11 like I wrote in originally, it's been corrected now!) in the evening so that you can feel the power of our group's intentions. The Meditation and this Manifestation Circle are connected energetically, so as each one of us listens to the meditation, we are activating together the group's intentions, increasing the momentum!

You may come back as often as you feel guided to over the next few weeks!
As with any meditation I guide, I invite you to take a few minutes to slow the pace down... stretch out your body and shake off any stuck energy... take a seat and get settled in... be in a comfy spot where you will not be interrupted for the next half hour... close your eyes... relax your body... and let's meditate.
