Energy Healing...I am often asked to describe the work that I do with energy and it is not an easy answer. The best way I can describe my healing work is that I show up, open, ready to support whatever is present for my client(s) in that moment.
Sometimes that's a conversation to help you process through a situation in your life or an illness in your body. Or we spend an hour slowing down the chatter in your brain so that you can hear your own voice in the new silence. Sometimes it's an energy reading where we give construct to something that seems intangible (ie. the energy of the relationship between two people) and then allow a way to explore shifts in that space. And sometimes we slip through the veils of time and space and heal a pattern or wound that your Soul has been working through for lifetimes. My work is never the same because people are never the same. The moment is always changing and my work flows to accommodate for those changes. My approach to any healing session is to provide you with tools and information that allow you to become more empowered in your decision-making.
